  • Launch denial-of-service attacks or distributed denial-of-service attacks;
  • Use our services for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose;

12. User Account Obligations

If you create an account with SSIT, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and accept responsibility for all activities under your account;
  • Notify SSIT immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach;
  • Not use another person's account without authorization;
  • Log out from your account at the end of each session when using shared or public devices.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSIT, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits, even if SSIT has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

15. Termination

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and SSIT regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
